iDLS is an autonomous system which provides a platform for detailed data logging, real time monitoring and analysis of pressure, temperature & humidity in variety of application areas. The advance trigger based SMS/Email alerts and remote data view makes it an obvious choice for process/quality accreditation, preventive/corrective actions, quality management and control. The sensor module provides accurate data of up to 5 seconds of granularity and its high capacity internal memory makes sure that not even a single instance of data recording is missed. The data from the sensor module is transferred via WIFI and can be displayed locally at multiple locations using iDLS-HMI panel or at both local and intranet via Web based monitoring and reporting application 

The sensor module measures the temperature, pressure and humidity of the environment in which it is situated. Data is streamed wirelessly over any WiFi network to a central server and can be viewed on any PC using web browser. The sensor also streams live data to iDLS-HMI for distributed monitoring over local network. The sensor module can be placed anywhere within range of the network. If the sensor temporarily loses connectivity with the network, it will log readings until connectivity is re-established with the server. The module has internal battery with integrated charger for the purpose of sensing and logging during power failure.

The iDLS- Web Application provides a comprehensive visual of the equipment being monitored by the sensor module. Depending upon the rights given to the user at access terminal, the user can monitor, set alerts and generate reports of the data being recorded. 

The iDLS-Desktop provides basic logging and data view in form of graphs and 7Segment displays for single sensor deployment

iDLS-HMI provides drop-in type remote display solution for distributed monitoring and alerts. The device displays up to 3 sensors’ reading at a time, while additional sensors can be added and can be switched to with a flick of a finger from the main screen. The device also stores historic data of all the sensors that have ever streamed their data to the HMI. This data is available for view on the device in the form of tables. The device operates via standard DC 5V adapter while the built in battery provides uninterrupted operations even during a power failure
